Attention New Patients

We are on the campus of the University of North Texas. We are located inside the “Chestnut Hall” building next to the Toulhouse Graduate School on the first floor.

Parking Information

• Option 1: You can then park at the “Patient Parking Center” next to Chestnut Hall. There’s an entrance off of Chestnut St. The third row back is for patient parking. If you happen to get a ticket, please bring the ticket in and we will validate it for you.
  
  
• Option 2: If you choose, you can also do metered parking near by. Please put in 1.5 hours of meter time for an exam visit. NOTE: We CANNOT validate this if you get a ticket for running out of time.

Mondays – Thursdays: 9am – 6pm
Fridays: 9am – 5pm
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed
